Data capture only. This application is a tool for capturing, organizing, and storing information about HVAC and appliance equipment as entered or scanned by the user. The App is not responsible for the accuracy of unit numbers, job site names, customer information, or any other identifying labels entered by any user or technician. Mislabeling of a unit — whether due to user error, technician error, or ambiguity in how equipment is physically labeled at a property — is outside the App's control, and the App disclaims responsibility for any consequences arising from incorrectly labeled or misidentified equipment.
Automated data extraction may contain errors. Certain features use automated image recognition and artificial intelligence to extract information from photographs of equipment data plates, including appliance type, manufacturer, model number, serial number, and manufacture date. This automated extraction is provided as a convenience only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The App makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any automatically extracted or entered data.
Verification is the user's responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of the person using the App to review, verify, and correct all data — including unit identification, service records, warranty terms, invoice details, and any other information — before relying on it for service decisions, warranty claims, billing, compliance, or any other purpose. Use of any data without independent verification is at the user's own risk.
